Yogamoodra offers private yoga instruction to help you create a deeper awareness of your body and mind and to develop a greater understanding of yoga and its benefits, including deepening your connection to your breath, improving your concentration, relaxing more deeply, reducing tension and stress, improving your sense of wellbeing and inner balance, and fine tuning your practice.

Private classes are entirely based on your individual needs and will accommodate your personal schedule.  They take place at your home or any other chosen location either in a one-on-one setting or, if you would prefer, with a small group of friends.  I will work with you to prepare a personalized program and create a practice that suits your mood.

The intake session covers the foundations of the practice and looks to assess your needs based on which future classes will be paced and developed.  Every private yoga class features sequences of postures, meditation as well as breathing and relaxation techniques to realign, reenergize and balance the body and the mind.
